Pat has been with the hospice since 2001, serving as Quality Improvement Specialist and Manager of the Port Orange Care Center and hospice houses prior to assuming her current position in 2004 as the Director of Compliance .

A Registered Nurse for 41 years, Pat has worked in acute care and home health care in various managerial positions. She has also been an adjunct instructor at Daytona State College in the nursing program.

Pat is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse. She received a nursing diploma from Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
