Volunteer Opportunities

Founded in 1979 by volunteers, Halifax Health - Hospice of Volusia/Flagler relies on over 700 adult and teen volunteers to care for patients and their families. Our volunteers receive specialized training and have undergone a background check. On-going support and continuing education is also provided.

Orientation

Volunteer Orientation consists of interactive sessions with our staff and employees as well as self-study.
