Ensuring that all people have access to our services is paramount to us. Halifax Health - Hospice ensures that end-of-life decisions are made by the patient and their families.

Ambassador Program

Community Outreach Volunteers are extremely valuable to us. Our volunteers participate in all parts of community outreach for our organization.

Spiritual Outreach

The fall and spring of each year, Halifax Health - Hospice hosts our Celebration of Life ceremonies, which are special memorial services to honor those who have recently passed away.

Our Speakers Bureau was designed to provide educational workshops for our community about end-of-life related topics.

A permanent 9-11 Memorial  is located at our Port Orange Care Center.
